Rental Conditions
TO MAKE A RESERVATION
• To inform about the villa, you can send an email with your questions about the requested period.
• We will let you know if the house is available and if you like to book the villa we will send you the contract for the rental period.
• By paying the first 25% within 7 days you secure the booking and agree to the contract. We will confirm the payment by email. We will inform you about the second payment three weeks before your arrival.
• You will receive more detailed information, including directions and contact information with the confirmation email.
CONDITIONS
• The rates are in U.S. Dollars. Rates in Euros are an indication.
• It is not allowed to stay with more then the indicated amount of people in the house as mentioned in the renal agreement.
• The rental includes normal utility usage of electricity and water as shown in contract. Extra use will be charged at the end of your stay and deducted from the bond.
• Minimum rental period is one week. Extra days will be charged 1/7 of weekly rate.
• One week is 7 nights, 8 days.
• Check in is 4 PM and Check out is 12 noon. A late checkout can be requested and is subject to availability.
PAYMENT
• We require a 25% deposit to confirm your reservation, which must be paid by bank transfer or PayPal (4% surcharge) within 8 days from the booking date. After receiving this deposit, your booking is confirmed.
• By paying the deposit, the renter agrees to all rental terms and conditions.
• If the deposit hasn't been paid within 8 days from the booking date, your reservation will be cancelled.
• The remaining 75% rental fee must be paid up to 3 weeks prior to your arrival.
• A $500.- bond is to be paid on arrival, which will be returned on departure.
• If your reservation has been made within 3 weeks from the arrival date, the total rental fee needs to be paid at once.
• Cancellation costs until 3 weeks before arrival: 25% of the total rental fee.
• Cancellation costs within 3 weeks before arrival: 100% of the total rental fee.
• Rates are subject to change without prior notice.
OTHER
• Even though our villa is located in a safe area, we advice you not to leave any valuables or documents unattended; please use the safe. We can't be hold responsible for theft, burglary or missing items.
• It is not allowed to organize parties or events at the villa, without prior notice.
• Pets are not allowed.
• Smoking inside the villa is not allowed
• We want to advise you to check if you have a valid travel insurance, to travel to Aruba. Ask your local insurance agent for possibilities.
• we charge $150.- for loss or damaged remote controls.
